The hotel
The hotel is of 5-star category and has floor space of over 6,500 m2. It features 66 guest rooms (57 junior suites and 9 superior suites), a meeting room with capacity for 80 people, a restaurant, a cafeteria and its own parking garage.
It is also ideal for shopping and business visitors since it stands on the Principality of Andorra’s main commercial street, just a few metres from the most important government buildings and very near the National Conference Centre.
The business premises
With their main entrance at Meritxell Avenue, these premises have a net floor space of 1,737 m2 distributed on three floors:
- 487 m2 on the basement floor
- 550 m2 on the ground floor
- 700 m2 on the upper floor
All three floors are connected by a stairway and a lift.
