The presentation of the transnational candidacy project between Andorra Spain and France to the UNESCO world heritage which includes 13 monuments, was formalized with its public presentation at the Casa de la Vall.
The proposal is aimed at UNESCO recognizing the material culture of construction in the Principality of Andorra. There are thirteen monuments on the list, two of which are outside Andorran territory ( the Seu d’Urgell Cathedral and the castle in Foix) and eleven national ones amongst which is the archaeological site of the Roureda of la Margineda.
The act was presided by acting president of the government, Toni Martí and the vice president of the parliament Mònica Bonell.
