The works for the second phase of the urbanization of Prat del Portal in El Tarter have been awarded
Work should begin in May if the epidemiological situation is satisfactory.
Molines Patrimonis is waiting for the activation of phase 2 of the resumption of economic activity to begin work.
Next May, work is scheduled to begin on phase 2 of the Prat de Portal development, in the El Tarter area. Last Friday, April 17, Molines Patrimonis awarded the work to the company COMESA, the same construction company that was in charge of the works for the first phase. This first phase, carried out between July and November 2019, basically consisted of river channeling work.
Now, in the second phase, two more streams will be channeled and brought to the river. It is also planned to install all the supplies as well as the construction of sidewalks, the placement of streetlights, trash cans, a garbage area and finally asphalting. The total cost of these works amounts to €500,000. If the health situation due to the crisis caused by COVID-19 allows it, the works should begin in mid-May, in June at the latest, since the objective is for them to be completed by the Puríssima Bridge, coinciding with the start of the ski season. Molines Patrimonis, although it has also had to close its offices due to the health crisis, has been able to continue working remotely. Its activity has not stopped at any time, with the exception of that related to the construction sector and which now, if the epidemiological situation allows, can be restarted at the beginning of May with the second phase of the resumption of economic activity.
