Champions for Unicef is back. The magic of one of the events that brings the most smiles returns and which has experienced two years of forced closure due to the pandemic.

Two years later, with a forced stoppage due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Prat Gran sports complex in Escaldes-Engordany has once again hosted a new edition of the Champions for Unicef. This initiative, promoted by the same NGO, the Bàsquet Club Andorra and the Escaldes-Engordany community, is organized with the aim of raising funds for the different solidarity aid programs carried out by UNICEF Andorra. First, the vintage match was played, which brought together many well-known faces from our society: from politicians, retired athletes, journalists, chefs… and a whole variety of public figures. Molines Patrimonis, as a sponsor, it was also represented by Mònica Cadafalch, head of administration of the company.

The second match of the day mixed players from the Morabanc Andorra first team and active athletes from different disciplines.

A day spent supporting the charitable cause, where the result is the least important, and where everyone shows their willingness to have a good time, as demonstrated by the many laughs that the two games managed to elicit from the audience that filled the stands.
